What is Tantra?

Tantra: "Tan" - the breath or the soul. "Tra" to move toward;
the weaving of energy; stretching while maintaining connection.
In essence you could say Tantra is the moving toward one's self or one's
one's truth. It is your soul feeling and accepting what is in the Now...in the
moment. It is experiencing liberation through expansion; conscious exploration.
It's the merging of Divine Masculine with Divine Feminine; embracing both shadow
and light. Rather than holding sexuality apart from who we are as spiritual beings, the
practice of Sacred Tantric Sexuality acknowledges the integral connection of the two as a
pathway to higher consciousness and true bliss. Replace guilt, shame and fear with love,
joy and peace; uncertainty with knowing. Sexuality is at the source of our creation. It is
the connection which draws us from spirit form into a physical existence. White Tantra
weaves universal connection of higher consciousness and Source energy to the heart.
The second chakra is the activation point of both our sexual and creative energy. The
first chakra, also known as "the root", located at the perineum, is the activation
point of our primal energy and our connection to earth. When we explore the energy of these lower chakras
with honor and reverence, consciously connecting them to the heart center while integrating the practice
of White Tantra, we experience our sexuality/ life force in it's most powerful form; healing and raising
